Refund Policy

Amma’s Pastries maintains a strict no refund and return policy. If an order is cancelled, it will not be eligible for a refund; instead, the customer will receive a credit note valid for 2 months from the date of cancellation no returns are accepted.
Refunds will only be issued in cases where a customer has ordered a specific product online, and that product is unavailable or cannot be produced by Amma’s Pastries. In such instances, a full refund will be provided to the customer.
If a product is received damaged, the customer must notify Amma’s Pastries immediately upon delivery or collection. Amma’s Pastries will make every effort to rectify the issue by offering a replacement product or providing a full refund of the amount paid for the product.
Refunds will be processed through the Original Mode of Payment and may take between 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.
