Cancellation Policy
Deliveries are made to the address provided by you at the time of ordering. We aim to deliver promptly but do not accept responsibility for late delivery.
Orders are fulfilled by reputable delivery agents, and we are not liable for any loss caused by late delivery.
If you fail to accept delivery at the nominated time, or provide appropriate instructions, responsibility for the goods passes to you.
Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours for refunds, which will be processed back to the original payment method.
Refunds for cancelled orders will be issued within 3 to 5 business days.
Refunds are only granted for unavailable or damaged products and will be processed through the original mode of payment.
Amma’s Pastries has a strict no refund policy. If an order is cancelled, it will not be subject to a refund; instead, customer will be entitled to a credit note with a validity of 2 months from the date of cancellation.
Refunds will only be given in cases, where the customer has ordered a particular product online, and that particular product is not available or Amma’s Pastries is unable to produce the product at the requested date & time. In such cases, a full refund will be granted to the customer.
If the product is found to be damaged and the same is notified to Amma’s Pastries Staff immediately upon receiving the delivery of the product or upon collection of the product, then Amma’s Pastries will make its best endeavors to rectify the fault or offer a new product or alternatively offer the customer a full refund of the amount paid towards the product.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

- We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from third-party information, websites, or consumption of goods from unknown sources.
- Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the amount paid for relevant Goods or Services.
