- We offer shipping primarily within the regions where our shops are located. Shipping is facilitated through third-party couriers. Delivery within the designated regions shall be on pre-orders and fulfilled the next working day for all orders. Delivery fees will be applicable based on distance.
- To avoid any delays in delivery, please provide your full address and contact details, including WhatsApp locations for precise delivery.
- Cakes will be delivered at a temperature of 5°C and should be stored in a refrigerator below 5°C upon receipt.
- We take great care to ensure timely delivery. However, we do not accept responsibility for late delivery. If your order is not delivered within the estimated timeframe, please contact customer care, and we will make every effort to expedite your order.
- In the event of a late delivery, delivery charges will not be voided or refunded.
