Refund Policy
- Amma’s Pastries maintains a strict no refund policy. If an order is cancelled, it will not be eligible for a refund; instead, the customer will receive a credit note valid for 2 months from the date of cancellation.
- Refunds will only be issued in cases where a customer has ordered a specific product online, and that product is unavailable or cannot be produced by Amma’s Pastries. In such instances, a full refund will be provided to the customer.
- If a product is received damaged, the customer must notify Amma’s Pastries immediately upon delivery or collection. Amma’s Pastries will make every effort to rectify the issue by offering a replacement product or providing a full refund of the amount paid for the product.
- Refunds will be processed through the Original Mode of Payment and may take between 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.
